By accessing or using AutoDispatch ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including shippers, carriers, and visitors.
AutoDispatch is a vehicle transport logistics marketplace that connects shippers (individuals or businesses that need vehicles transported) with carriers (licensed motor carriers that perform the transport). AutoDispatch does not itself transport vehicles and is not a motor carrier.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. Carriers must hold valid operating authority (MC/DOT numbers) and maintain all legally required insurance. AutoDispatch reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AutoDispatch is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Shippers are responsible for the accuracy of all load information posted, including vehicle details, pickup/delivery locations, and pricing. Carriers are responsible for reviewing all load details before submitting bids. Acceptance of a bid constitutes a binding agreement between the shipper and carrier. AutoDispatch is not a party to that agreement.
AutoDispatch offers subscription plans that grant access to platform features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at AutoDispatch's sole discretion. Per-vehicle fees for auction transactions are non-refundable once a load has been dispatched.
AutoDispatch operates solely as a technology platform connecting shippers and carriers. We are not a party to any contract for transportation services entered into between users. All agreements, terms, and conditions related to the shipment of vehicles, including but not limited to pickup, delivery, payment, and liability for loss or damage, are solely between the shipper and the carrier. AutoDispatch has no control over, and disclaims all liability for, the acts or omissions of any shipper or carrier on the platform.
AutoDispatch is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for vehicle damage, loss, delays, or disputes that arise between shippers and carriers. Carriers are solely responsible for the safe transport of vehicles. Shippers assume responsibility for accurate load information. AutoDispatch's total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree not to: post false or misleading load information; circumvent the platform to avoid fees; harass or abuse other users; use the platform for unlawful purposes; or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All content, branding, and technology on AutoDispatch is the property of AutoDispatch and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
AutoDispatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
